Dr. Hüseyin EREN was born in 1979 in Rize. He finished primary school at Rize Kurtuluş Primary School, secondary school at Rize Imam Hatip High School and completed his high school education at Rize Fener High School (Super High School). He graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 1998.

After graduating from the Faculty of Medicine in 2005, he completed his public service obligation in Erzurum İspir Central Health Center between 2006-2007. In 2007, he started his specialization at Karadeniz Technical University, Faculty of Medicine, Department of Urology.

Receiving the title of Urology Specialist in 2013, Dr. EREN started to work in Rize Recep Tayyip Erdoğan University Training and Research Hospital in 2014 for the obligation of public service.

In 2015, he was appointed as a lecturer at Recep Tayyip Erdogan University, Faculty of Medicine, Department of Urology. In 2016, she received language training for 1.5 months in London, England . Dr. Continuing his academic career as a faculty member, Dr. EREN greatly contributed to the clinic’s reaching world standards, especially in oncology , stone , infertility , pediatric urology and female urology. He made routine all oncological surgeries that were not performed before in Rize and   started laparoscopic (closed surgery) oncology surgeries in Rize.

Organized by Recep Tayyip Erdogan University Scientific Research Group, III., IV. and V. _ He worked as a consultant lecturer at the National Medical Student Congresses. He was the founding member of the Recep Tayyip Erdoğan University Clinical Simulation Center, which is a modern structure. As a result of his academic studies, he was awarded the title of Associate Professor in the field of Urology in October 2020.

He is a member of European Urology Association, Urological Surgery Association, Urooncology Association, Minimally Invasive Urology Association, Black Sea Urologists Association. EREN works actively in the urology community.  He served as the general secretary of the Eastern Black Sea Branch of the Urological Surgery Association and the Black Sea Urologists Association . He is still a member of the Eastern Black Sea Branch of the Urological Surgery Association. He is one of the opinion leaders of the Research Assistant Training Program (AGEP) Working Group established for research assistants in the Association of Urological Surgery , and he is actually the Head of the Measurement and Evaluation Commission in this working group.

A Certificate of Appreciation was presented to him by the Rize Provincial Health Directorate for his services in 2014 . He successfully passed the exam held in Ankara in 2017 and was  awarded the  title of Fellow of the European Board of Urology . As a result of his hard work, he was selected as the doctor of the year in 2nd level hospitals in Rize by the Ministry of Health in 2019.

Leaving the university as of September 2021, Dr. EREN carries out his profession in his own private clinic.
